Slice one half of one whole boneless pork loin. Slices should be 1/4" thick.
Sprinkle w/ Adobe Spice and Garlic Powder and Pan Sear and Set Aside.
Coarsely slice 1 medium cabbage head.
Thinly slice two carrots.
Quarter 2 yellow onions.
Layer the Vegetables with the Pork Loin in a Crock Pot ending with a layer of the Pork Loin on Top. Thinly Slice an additional onion and spread the onion rings in a thin layer on top of the Pork Loin
Drizzle with 2 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 2 Tablespoons Lea and Perrins Steak Sauce and 2 Tablespoons Thai Sweet Hot Pepper Sauce.
Cook on High 4 Hours.
At the end of the 4 hours, add Two cups of Green Peas and Two cups of Green Beans. cook for an additional hour. Stir Well. Serve
Fall is a great time to get an awesome deal on Pork Loin, I just got mine for under a $1 a pound ($6 for a half of one at Food Lion) I had less than $2 in the additional vegetables. This meal feeds a family of 6 twice and is quite delicious!
