In a large crockpot add the following:
5 pounds boneless, skinless, chicken breast filets.
4 thickly sliced carrots, about 1" chunks
1 thinly sliced yellow or white onion
1 thickly sliced green pepper
2 coarsely chopped green onions
4 minced whole garlic cloves
Several Tablespoons each Catalina French Dressing and Olive Oil & Vinegar w/herbs dressing
Several Dashed of Chipolte Tabasco Sauce
1/8 of package of Hot Taco Seasoning
Bake on High for 5-6 hours or on Low 10-11 hours.
Serve over rice or noodles.
The best way to describe this is it's like sweet n sour chicken without the chicken being battered and fried and the same sweet n sour sauce but if that sauce was spicy.
This makes 12+ large servings.
